{5} Peace

*1) With the recent escalations toward war with North Korea and alt-right demonstrations in Charlottesville, the theme for the next six days is going to be peace. We need it, and love, now more than ever.

*2) Be outspoken about the need for peace. The more it is spread and encountered by others, the more it becomes normalized, accepted, and practiced by others in society. This applies to nearly everything, good or bad.

*3) When I look at this up close, I see two peace signs; when I look at this from a distance, or in its smaller form on the main feed of the gallery, I see one peace sign emboldened in red, white, and blue. What do you see?

*4) With North Korea saying recently that they’re holding off on an attack on Guam, war at least doesn’t seem so imminent…

*5) Peace of mind; mind of peace.

—

*6) We need peace not only for ourselves, but for the environment. Our continued use of fossil fuels is already perpetuating climate change, but the use of nuclear weapons would be devastating for our environment and create a most undesirable climate of nuclear winter.

*7) Very unfortunately, there was not peace in Barcelona today. My hope is with those in Spain, and all the world, that terror will soon subside to love and peace.
