{7} Trail Hiking

*1) I’ve been hiking trails the past two days, so the theme of this next series is going to be based on trails. The trails I hiked up on Mt. Baker today were especially well at showcasing the sheer magnitude of the mountains, which was a very humbling experience.

*2) If you take a hike through the forest, I can’t recommend enough listening to classical music while doing so. It provides feelings of enchantment, and, without lyrics, allows your mind to wander without distraction.

*3) On down along, singing that same familiar song.

*4) I learned today that I’ll soon be contributing as a writer for one of my favorite digital magazines! The future is looking bright, like the light at the end of this canopied trail.

*5) Enjoy a mild psychedelic experience down a trail in nature at least once in this life. And don’t forget your sunglasses.

*6) Hopefully this series inspired, or will inspire, those of you to go out and explore some trails! They’re great for reconnecting with nature and momentarily unplugging yourself from contemporary life. Being in nature, and pondering the living conditions and daily lives of our early ancestors in such environments, will surely bring appreciation back to our modern predicament we find ourselves in.
