The United States is beginning to take similar measures as well. Here in Washington state where I live, and where the first cases of the virus were detected in the country, the governor ordered that starting tomorrow all restaurants and bars be closed. Social isolation is going to start taking on a new form here soon, and feel more surreal than ever.
